Contract and Transfers

Hi, is it possible to insert clauses in a players contract? Like an extension. And more clauses in terms of the transfer fee paid, since we have to pay the whole amount in one go, instead of the installments and conditional payments.

I'd want a better transfer experience in terms of selling the players, as the AI more often than not seems to low ball me or pay exactly the players value. It results into two things -

1. Either I've to risk accepting that offer and see the players value appreciate after the said transfer.

2. Risk losing that offer and dampen the moral of the squad.

I know it might not seem realistic, but, usually, the transfer fee agreed is above the valuation in the current market.

And, it seems unfair that we have to succumb to accepting exactly the players valuation as a transfer fee.

It seems fair when the transfer is between two clubs on the opposite spectrum, but not when it's between clubs of similar stature.
