Add match plans to FMM

I think a basic version of "match plans" could be beneficial to the FMM series. For scenarios like "for the first 10 minutes, play tactic A. If taken the lead after 10 minutes, switch to tactic B". It would take a little time to set up, but once this has been done I think it could improve the game speed quite a bit. 

Trying to make tactic changes on the fly can be a bit tricky, especially if playing on fast / key highlights. I tapped the button at 6 minutes and was allowed to do the changes at 20 :/
