Voice commands to instruct quick response from players

I have played FM for decades and have seen the obvious improvements but believe with the present technology you can improve by a gazillion percent and have a whole new generation of obsessed fans.

If you added an optional voice command function on all platforms of FM during play, particularly the mobile version which has less functions, this would be insane. I can imagine adding basic to advanced commands such as call the player name and instruct to defend or do what you want them to do provided they can, that would bring the game to a whole other level. 

This should be introduced soon and that would make a huge jump from the last 5 or 6 seasons which have been somewhat the same.
