How to manually discipline a player

I turned off the code of conduct in my latest season to try something different, add some more gameplay. However, I can not seem to figure out how to actually fine people. I thought it was under the discuss tab, however, there is only the ability to talk to them.

 

Anyone know?

It's under discuss on the player page or under interaction in the right click menu. However, the player actually needs to have done something you can discipline him for, otherwise these options don't show up.

yea, i have someone who is on their 10 yellowcard two game suspension and there is no option. Under discuss there is just praise and warn

How to manually discipline a player

1) Use internet to research location of next game, and time match is due to finish

2) Pack pen, paper and rolling pin. Travel to stadium. Once match is over, wait outside players exit.

3) When player leaves, call his name whilst extending paper/pen

4) As he’s signing autograph, tonk him over the head with rolling pin. Waggle finger and tell him not to do it again.
