No, this is not another rant about my strikers . After some years in the EPL (winning nothing except a conference ) I decided I need something fresh, so I went mid - season at Montpellier Herrault. We managed to barely escape relegation and at the second season I've achieved a safe mid- table position. My question is, how do I proceed from here to a meaningful year? Literally all the top 6 teams or maybe more have each player in their squad sitting on average 16 attribute! I have 2 million for transfers if I'm lucky enough and Monaco for example has unlimited budget :P How would you plan for this? Would you set a 3 year plan for example and brace yourselves for the mediocrity that will follow? Any tips to speed things up? I have good coaches from the EPL, top academy and very good scouting knowledge. Any advice welcome 😁 .
