pagotob (Inactive)
for some reason my team cohesion suddenly went from perfect to abysmal and wont seem to increase even with team bonding training, does anyone know how to fix this as my results seem to have taken a hit since its happened? fc.cadoni (Inactive)
Every time you have a new player (-s), team cohesion drops. Nothing to worry and no, it's not a bug.
pagotob (Inactive)
i've had the same squad for 6 seasons, only brought in 5 new loans at the start of the season and team cohesion was still perfect after that
Prepper_Jack (Inactive)
Probably best reported in the bug section, as its probably some data issue where if a number (in this case your team cohesion) goes too high, it wraps into a (usually very big) negative number. That said, the only way I know to fix something like that is to use the in-game editor, which under the squad menu has an ability to increase team cohesion. pagotob (Inactive)
i think i've fixed it now, i had a few players in my under 18's without work permits and releasing them has put my cohesion back to excellent
