koningco (Inactive)
I have a youth fitness coach that I want to send on a coaching course to improve himself, but my board rejected this for the second time in a row. I checked in FM Genie Scout but the guy still has 50 points between his current ability and his potential ability. Can anyone explain to my why my board rejects sending him on a coaching course for the second time? Are there specific attributes that make he is not likely to go on a coaching course? Or is it because he is a youth coach and/or a fitness coach? He doesn't want to sign a regular youth coach contract for the same wage.

The confusion comes when you assign Technical Director to decide which staff to take courses and you see Fitness Coaches start their courses, but you can't do it in personal. du Garbandier (Inactive)
Can't say that I've ever noticed a Fitness Coach getting sent on a course. But for us, I think it's because the licensing system doesn't extend to FCs.
