As this is an older version of FM, we have limited measures to provide support. There isn't anything we can do at this stage directly to your save game to change this.
Looking at the screenshot and considering the club/league you're it, I would say it may well be due to a wage cap in the A-League that the club has restricted the maximum that can be offered to a single player.

Sounds like the game isn't pointing towards the default location and may instead be going towards a OneDrive location or something like that. May be worth removing your cache and preferences to restore the settings back to default as shown here - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4409224840081

Bu forumlar FM22 sorunları içindir. FM21 artık aktif oyun güncellemelerini almıyor.

This has been done by the research team intentionally due to the scouting structure in the Swedish leagues - that teams almost only have part-time roles.
If you do find any real life evidence to suggest this is incorrect please do raise it here or via our data issues forum and they can reasses.

It's because it's a custom database, the way that's been set up has caused the problem you're seeing in game. It's not something we're in a position to address so would be worth reaching out to the author/creator of the file to see if they can make the amendments so this no longer happens.

We're aware of the issue and it's something we've addressed in the 22.4.1 update - if you have a save game from before the above happening, you should be able to advance without it happening now in your save.

We've just released 22.4.1 which should now fix the issue - if you have a save game from before the date of the add/remove league change, if you run through the problem should no longer occur.
